CALLING ALL TRAVEL AGENTS, TOUR OPERATOR SALES OR ADMIN CONSULTANTS, RETAIL TRAVEL STAFF, TRAVEL RESERVATIONS SALES OR ADMINISTRATORS LOOKING TO MOVE IN TO A CUSTOMER FOCUSED TRAVEL ROLE FOR AN EXPANDING TRAVEL COMPANY BASED IN CHESHIRE!!

This is a unique opportunity for a Travel consultant or someone with dynamic packaging experience or tour operator reservations experience having sold or administered travel tour operator holidays to Europe and Cruise holidays to work in a friendly environment in a customer service role, giving excellent service from a post sales angle.

We are seeking Customer Service Sales Support Consultants, with strong administration and customer service skills to work with attention to detail in a fast paced, expanding Travel environment. paying £16,000 to £18,000 a year, (basic) working Monday to Saturday (rota day off during the week) and between 08.30am - 6pm on a small shift pattern between these times.
This travel consultant service position will suit someone coming from a travel agency, as a Travel consultant or tour operator as a Reservations consultant - who has done tailormade or dynamic packaging, having an interest or experience in Cruise too is an advantage - who is wanting to make the crossover to a more service lead position. Alternatively, someone who has already worked in this type of role, as a Travel customer service advisor, travel administrator or Travel sales support

Essential skills for the role:
Excellent customer service skills
Experience using Travelcat, Viewdata or a dynamic packaging or tailormade systems
Enjoy working through customer queries, giving advice, upselling additional extras and excellent attention to detail, dealing with special requests, tickets and holiday documentations - checking for errors and rectifying.
