We’re looking for a travel consultant to join our small team in our London office.

Travel experience in Latin America and previous sales experience is a must. Travel to the polar regions would be preferable but not essential.


The role will involve working with direct customers and travel agents to put together tailor made itineraries and all of the associated duties around booking a clients holiday including:

-Logging and Managing client enquiries
-Providing destination knowledge and suitable options for clients
-Building and preparing quotations using our in house reservation system
-Upselling add ons and products
-Checking and booking flights
-Managing the accounts on your bookings

The candidate will be working on our in house booking system and should be sufficient in using Outlook, Word & Excel.

We use Galileo as our flight booking system.

The candidate will also be required to assist at travel shows we exhibit at with a stand. 

We’re looking for a salesperson that is well organised and has the same passion for the destinations as we do and will fit well in to our small and friendly team.
