Business Travel Office Manager, Leeds. Are you currently a manager or Team Leader in business travel and looking to work for a fast growing Corporate Travel Management company?

Working as a Business Travel Office Manager you will ensure the Business Travel office is operating efficiently and professionally, supporting the extension and growth of the Company's presence and reputation in the market.
Business Travel Office Manager Duties:
- To maintain workflows and processes to ensure outstanding service is delivered to clients.
- To manage client service levels, staff productivity and ensure profitable selling via effective and efficient planning and control. Creating a culture that responds to market and client changes and enables business growth.
- Effective management of the margin delivery and employee performance.
- Enhance service delivery of the team.
- Identify and deal with any customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure team compliance to company procedures and systems.
- Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team.
- Endeavour to achieve a high standard of performance from the team by motivating team members.

Duties Required:
You will have Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage workloads in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure. You will have come from a Business Travel background, a good team player with excellent customer service orientation.
