This entrepreneurial travel company is fortunate to have great parentage, and most definitely stand out from the crowd when it comes to innovation.   They are growing at a significant pace, and as such, are now looking to recruit a dynamic customer service professional to lead all aspects of their customer touch points. Working with the senior management team, you will be develop and implement a clear customer service mapping and strategy to support their growth over the next three years.    The role is based in the UK but the brief will also cover the development of the appropriate structure and processes to support their customer service across all of our global markets.  We are looking for an individual who has the required passion, skill and experience across all areas of Customer Service, but just as important, an individual who can thrive and demonstrate leadership in a fast changing and entrepreneurial business.
