Calling all immediate starters!! Are you a Travel Administrator, experienced in using a GDS and keen to progress your career with a market leader in business travel? Are you and organised travel administrator, confident enough to assist others and able to work to deadlines? This highly reputable business travel company is looking for a travel administrator to join their business travel operations team, in their Leeds branch. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary and wide reaching benefits package!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Working within a team of business travel administrators
-Ticketing on a GDS
-Checking airline contracts to ensure tickets are issued accurately
-Working to deadlines, to ensure tickets are issued and dispatched in a timely manner
-Deal with fare queries, setting up PTAs, TODs, and lost ticket enquiries.
-Dealing with various other business travel administration duties
-Offer excellent customer service is offered at all times and help resolve any queries

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have previous experience with a travel administration environment using a GDS system. You will be looking to continue and progress your career within a business travel environment.

THE PACKAGE:
Salary is dependent on experience (circa £15k - £16k pa) but you will be offered a competitive basic along with an excellent benefits package. This role is a temporary role on a 1 months rolling contract.
