What you will be doing as our Head of Sales...

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to create and manage Stratajet Sales Strategy in order to achieve the company’s revenue, profit objectives in Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales person with aviation experience (or similar) who is driven by the desire to maximise Stratajet revenue coupled with the ability to manage multiple leads under tight time constraints and in return, has the potential to earn competitive compensation in a fast-growing, high-tech, unique organisation with plenty of room for over-achievement.

Responsibilities will include lead generation, working with existing clients and developing new business. You will be responsible for building customer relations and creating a client list by targeting individual clients and companies who require private jet charter services.

  • Develop new business opportunities by research and lead generation prospective customers and coordinate them with the sales team to prospect and qualify potential customers within assigned geographic territories.
  • Lead the establishment and maintenance of current and potential client relationships.
  • Ensuring standards are provided to the highest levels of customer service to the company’s clients.
  • Create the company sales strategy to achieve the company’s sales goals.
  • Establish sales objectives for the sales team and forecast annual sales.
  • Manage personnel and human resources by direct performance management of employees.
  • Meeting, pitch and demo Stratajet.com and App to prospective customers.
  • Represent Stratajet at events and attend in person if required.
  • Work with finance team to ensure sales profit is tracked accurately.

What we are looking for in our Head of Sales

  • Experience dealing with high net worth individuals so a background in executive aviation, charter, travel etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactive approach to problem solving; ability to prioritize and manage competing needs and fully understand the company’s clients’ objectives and the tone of the marketplace
  • The ability to gain respect and form advisory relationships with clients and influencers and forge lasting business relationships
  • A high degree of organisation and self-motivation is required. This person must quickly learn the product, sales processes and be able to establish and grow business
  • Proven ability to coach, build and drive a Sales team
  • Professional, articulate, customer focused, highly motivated
  • Passionate about sales, technology and private aviation.
