Head of Corporate Sales
This award winning TMC is searching for a natural sales leader to devise and execute their sales strategy. This role is at board level and as such requires you to not only devise, but also lead and execute the sales strategy. This will involve setting revenue targets, margin, product, channel and client goals and align this to the overall business plan. There is a team in place, so you will need to lead a motivated and high performing sales team, through the tender process, client implementation and ongoing retention. We require you to be able to demonstrate successful selling at within a B2B environment at a C level, therefore gravitas, and somebody who can act as a brand ambassador is essential. Also experience of managing/driving change in a sales organization, supported by excellent planning skills and commercial acumen is required.
