Travel PA / Administrator Job Overview
My client is a Travel Management Company in search of a PA to support their Executive Travel Manager, through day-to-day organisation and administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, looking to develop and contribute to their busy operation.
The successful candidate will have experience either within the Travel or Entertainment sector, with a focus on administration.
Travel PA /Administrator Key skills:
- Good organisational skills
- Can take direction and uses their own initiative
- Hard worker – able to work to deadlines
- Tourism / geographical knowledge preferred but not essential
- Good telephone manner / good communicator
- Computer efficient with word & excel / spreadsheets
- An interest in music events / festivals desirable
