REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE
ANYWHERE WITHIN SOUTH MIDLANDS - FIELD AND HOME BASED
GOOD BASIC PLUS CAR ALLOWANCE, QUARTERLY BONUS AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS

A leading luxury brand is looking for a dynamic & energetic Regional Sales Executive who can use their engaging personality and sales experience to promote the brand. The successful candidate must have at least two years in a field sales role & should be able to stay away from home at least 2-3 nights per week.

The ideal candidate will be persuasive, passionate about the brand, infectious and engaging. Ultimately you will enjoy & be proud of being known as the face of this luxury brand.
Other duties include:

*Identify appropriate agents to call and visit and educate in order to influence and aid their ability to convert this knowledge into selling techniques
*Agree promotions and other activity and ensure the smooth implementation and follow up procedures are followed.
*Secure website presence, Press opportunities, DM mailings, EDM mailings, brochure racking for the products and brochures available
*Deliver opportunities to the events and training manager for consumer events.
*Educating both the agency and their clientele of the USP's for both immediate sales and the long term gain.
*Participate in National travel shows for direct sales and education opportunities.
*Grow and influence multi-faceted sales channels including (but not limited to) retail, call center, homeworkers.
*Use CRM tools (salesforce) to record sales activities and monitor agency performance

Requirements;

*Energetic, dynamic and engaging
*Self-motivated and ambitious
*Able to travel and stay away from home 2-3 nights per week
*Personable and a good communicator with subtle influencing skills
*Commercially minded
