Are you an experienced Marketing Manager? My client is a leading UK Attraction company looking for a candidate to be based in Leeds. Do you have strong local and national marketing experience?

Working as a Marketing Manager you will undertake marketing activities in order to deliver and exceed the set business targets. You will build and develop existing and new target markets as agreed with the General Manager. The successful candidate will have a good public manner and a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering business- Ideally within a tourism or leisure environment.

Marketing duties Include:
- Assisting the head office marketing team in the preparation of an annual marketing Strategy and action plan for presentation at director level.
- Assist with managing the marketing budget for the attraction
- Research, plan and oversee the cost effective production of promotional material in conjunction with the marketing services executive
- Identify and arrange productive third party promotions and product packages
- Wok with other marketing / tourism agencies in Edinburgh to promote increased visits to the city.
- To undertake any other reasonable task as required by the centre manager / Group Marketing and PR manager / Operations Director
- Ensure training needs of all departmental staff.

The role requires an experienced networker and communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills and a mature business style. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a flexible hands on can do approach with strong local and national marketing experience.
