Group Reservations and Sales Manager working for a well-established, Leading UK attraction Company:
My Client are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Reservations and Sales Manager to ensure delivery of a high quality of customer service to pre-booked business and sales initiatives and to manage our bookings system.

- You will oversee the Reservations department, you'll be the first point of contact for the trade and groups customers and support the sales activities of the Sales Manager and sales teams at the attractions so your enthusiasm and interpersonal skills will need to be combined with strong sales and confident IT skills.
- You will have to implement marketing and sales initiatives which increase business, so you will be a good communicator with excellent organisation skills and a good standard of numeracy. You'll be confident in preparing reports from a sales system.
- Maintain Customer Relationships with new, regular and previous bookers and provide a consistently high level of customer service administration with all internal and external customers.

Managerial experience, Travel sales experience and previous experience of maintaining and reporting from a bookings database are required. There may be a requirement to work weekends. But the main hours for the role are office hours.
