Incentive Travel Manager, London, Salary to £34k plus bonus
We are seeking experienced incentive and events candidates who are seeking a challenging corporate incentive and group travel side of the business. You will be responsible full experience management lifecycle from concept pitches through to execution for the corporate package incentives. You'll strong project management skills, luxury product knowledge, a flair for creativity, detailed logistical mindset and provide fantastic service to clients, that combined will help turn enquiries into profitable sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
the role is Central London based, salary to £34k plus bonus and benefits

Incentive Travel Manager Responsibilities:
Managing luxury corporate incentive and group travel
Take responsibility for client contact from proposal through the booking process
New business drives & lead generation
Have a real flare for creating new and interesting ideas to promote to existing clients as well as new pitches
Pursue all quotes/enquiries to ensure maximum conversions to sales
Maximise profits by using preferred suppliers/partners at all times
Monitor and communicate client feedback to ensure the company continues to develop and move forward
Represent the company at client events and trade exhibitions in a professional fashion

Incentive Travel Manager Requirements:
Exposure working within the corporate event & incentive industry, and in in a luxury experience and travel environment
Knowledge of working on both client and staff incentives; including prize reward and voucher activation
Strong project management & operational logistic skills
Creative flair for designing above & beyond luxury experiences and incentives
Experience working with corporate groups and events within the travel industry, plus leisure, adventure and incentive travel
Well-travelled; excellent international destination and hotel knowledge in the luxury sector.
Motivated and driven; superb communication skill at all levels
Target driven and sales focused with proven successful sales track record
Works well under pressure, rises to any challenge, and meets objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-earned and proven reputation for genuinely outstanding excellent customer service
Knowledge of dealing with VIP/high net worth individuals and corporates and their demands
