BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - GERMAN SPEAKING
HOTEL SOLUTIONS COMPANY, GERMANY/LONDON
TO £53K/€60 OTE £88k/€100K


We are looking for an experienced German speaking Business Development Manager for a hotel solutions company. The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for our client through the identification and attraction of new clients, within a specified region in Europe. You will join a great team and be part of a well-established solutions company.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and prioritise business development activities to achieve business
targets for defined regions
Increase client base and brand coverage in your specified region by using existing
industry contacts in Europe
Utilize and develop innovative strategies to maximize results
Cold calling potential clients
Prepare accurate quotes & meet with clients to present these
Achieve set sales KPI's and targets
Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new business
Contract negotiations
Account Management of new clients until they are passed over to an Account Manager
Provide client feedback on products to the Product Development team.
Travel as required to client locations to attend meetings with relevant managers


Essential Criteria

*Fluent German speaker (Oral and written)
*Strong knowledge of the Travel and Hotel industry in the region that you are working
*Proven sales experience, with a background of cold calling
*Experience negotiating
*Technical aptitude
*Strong oral and written communication skills
*Self starter with the ability to multi task
*Passion for the online technology
*Previous proven background in achieving and exceeding sales targets
*Solid work ethic
