Are you looking to break away from Travel sales?? looking to work within customer service or administration?? this could be the role for you! My client a leading tour operator are looking for a customer service/admin consultant to help with their aftersales team. This is a full time role Temp for 12 months, will go permanent if you settle within the company.

your duties will be to help with complaints, ticketing, documents and any other administration duties.

5 days per week
hours:
Monday to Friday - shift pattern between 12.30pm-09.30pm
Saturday - 9am-6pm
Sunday - 10.30am-7pm

Experience required:
at least 12 months experience within the travel industry, either travel agent or Tour Operator back ground. It would also be a bonus if you have administration skills to.

Salary is between £15-£17k depending on experience.
