The company team specialise in arranging the perfect get always for their customers but working closely with coach operators and hotels to ensure customers always experience the friendliest of service wherever and whenever they travel. Trips range from British seaside breaks to regional scenic heritage tours in Europe and the UK. You will work closely and ultimately report into the Hotel Contracts & Product Manager.

KEY SKILLS:
* Negotiating and contracting UK hotel space in line with product plans, along with managing stock allocations
* Creating UK tour itineraries and managing the finer detail of product delivery in the hotel or touring itinerary
* Maintain the spreadsheets that control requirements and bookings for all UK hotels used.
* Contract group hotel space within timescales advised at the most competitive rates in line with accommodation quality standards and terms of business requirements
* Ensure hotel contracts are issued, sent and returned from the individual hoteliers worked with.
* Ensure hotel contracts to/from all of the major hotel chains and supplying agents are received, checked, scanned and returned
* Work in co-operation with the event ticket controller to manage ticket to bed stock alignments
* Working closely with the Administration Operations' team
* Conduct regular hotel inspections to ensure quality standards and to check compliance with Health and safety
* Assist with following up and investigating hotel complaints, to ensure high levels of customer service and low complaint levels are maintained
* Undertake competitor market comparisons
* Deal with general day to day correspondence from agents and hoteliers, and any other related administration.
* Contribute to new product and itinerary ideas.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Previous experience of UK hotels
* Ideally knowledge of UK tourist attractions
* Detailed geographical knowledge
* Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
* You will need to be highly motivated and a self-starter
* You will need to have strong networking and relationship building skills
* Be organised with a concern for accuracy
