HR Manager - Travel Industry - London
Our Client is looking for a HR Manager with commercial experience within the Travel Sector to join a growing team in central London. The HR Manager will be responsible for building a core HR function as well as supporting Senior Management during a rapid period of growth across the UK.
Key areas of focus include attracting and developing talent for the future, employee engagement, performance management and leadership development. As the subject matter expert your responsibilities will include providing high quality advice across the entire employee life-cycle, communication and implementation of Company policies as well as development and implementation of the People Strategy.
The successful candidate will be a proven HR Manager with experience within the Travel Sector managing and developing high performing teams. You must be a commercial thinker with a focus on outcomes and best practice as well as the ability to engage and influence at all levels, including the CEO and CFO.
As a trusted advisor to the Executive team, you will have excellent technical HR competencies and be able to develop processes across areas such as recruitment and performance management as well as the ability to identify and implement improvements to the quality of the HR function. In addition, you will have experience of working within a multi-site business and for an organisation in growth. You will have HR responsibility for around 100 employees however will play a crucial role in helping this grow substantially over the next 2-3 years.
