One of the UK’s pioneering Luxury holiday companies, is looking for a motivated Sales & Reservations Manager to spearhead its team of travel experts in its call centre

They provide unique holiday experiences to its clients, thanks to the exemplary first-hand destination knowledge of their destination specialists.

The Sales & Reservations Manager will be expected to motivate and manage the sales team, to ensure the department meets its sales and growth targets. This will involve:

  • Hands on support and inspiration
  • Prompt response and closure on any/all sales leads
  • Maximising conversion
  • Mentoring and coaching of staff
  • Data reporting
  • Establishing and monitoring of KPI’s
  • Identifying training needs and planning training sessions

The successful travel candidate will ideally come from a direct sales/call centre supervisor or managerial role, with experience of leading a team, to couple your destination knowledge.

You will also need:

  • Proven sales aptitude
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • The ability to train and coach others
  • First rate written and verbal communication skills
  • Resiliency
  • A love for travel and the travel industry

As well as the opportunity to join and manage a thriving and dynamic team within a travel company, you will work closely with the General Sales Manager, to focus on growth and expansion
