SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
LONDON

An international Travel Company based in London is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and bring fresh ideas to their client facing business to drive the business forward.

You will meet with clients to review their needs and requirements and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of these needs. You will prepare an annual Business plan and provide monthly and quarterly business reviews. You will develop and maintain relationships at all levels from Suppliers, client relationships and even Board members.

Role Requirements:

*Previous experience as an Account Manager essential
*Good customer service and communication skills
*Prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently
*Team player and flexible to change
*Maintain confidentiality
*High attention to detail
*5 years minimum experience in Business Travel Industry, preferably with operations
*Experience with Online Booking tools an advantage
