An exciting opportunity has arisen for a meticulous and experienced Travel Administrator. With a passion for Travel and Customer service my client creates bespoke holidays and itineraries to some of the world's most sought after destinations. We are seeking a candidate ideally from a Tour Operations or Retail Travel background, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines This is an excellent opportunity to join an upmarket travel company and further your career!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Quality checking all booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations
- Processing and chasing tickets
- Collating and sending the daily post
- Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send
- Administrative duties relating to after sales
- To be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to other departments and external customers at all times
- Ensure that all forthcoming deadlines are met taking into account seasonality of workload and the on-going demands of customer requirements
- Ensure the timely dispatch of all travel documents

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This is an excellent position working for a busy, high end travel company, requiring a suitably experienced individual. You will ideally have experience within a similar role, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise your workload.
