E-support Consultant - Business Travel Liverpool
Customer focused Airline or leisure GDS experienced We need you if you are looking for a company to progress with! Working on multiple accounts, you'll be used to customer services and travel requirements. Our client is looking for a valued member to join their ambitious team who have just acquired new accounts and looking to expand even more. They want someone with a keen eye for detail to help create a high quality service to their business clients. You will be looking after all the client's which can range in duties and any online tool queries. Based in a city centre, its great hours Monday - Friday with a fabulous benefits package and great chance of progression.
-Taking enquiries over the phone and via email from business travellers.
-Managing multiple accounts and understanding individual contracts and branch guides.
-Working to Service Level Agreements for each corporate clients
-Assisting and troubleshooting business client queries in their online tool
-Working quickly and efficiently as an individual as well as in the team on own initiative.
A working knowledge of GDS or cover systems from airline or a strong leisure travel background.
-The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary (£16,000-£17,500 dependent on experience) along with company benefits and career progression to management roles or other sectors in the company.
