Recruitment and Training Co-ordinator
Our luxury travel client is seeking a recruitment and training co-ordinator based within their London HQ. The candidate will co-ordinate the end to end UK recruitment process provide analytics of activity and come up with ideas for future recruitment drives for the management team.
The recruitment and training co-ordinator will be responsible for CV screening, arranging interviews as well as conducting both phone and initial face to face interviews.
You will have ability to write job adverts, update interview questions, collate information on current candidates, input applications onto company database and deal with any queries that arise.
Other key skills the Recruitment and training co-ordinator will possess include being highly organised, online savvy, a good communicator with great attention to detail. You will also be required to book meeting space, arrange training sessions and produce required reports.
