Role and Responsibilities
oParticipation in team and supplier meetings
oSupport Destination Specialists in responding to reactive media requests with creative, factually accurate story pitches and appropriate photographs within the required timeframe as well as

accurate Fact Box pricing and inclusions.
oAssist the Destination Specialists to research destinations in order to create interesting, proactive story pitches with good imagery.
oIn conjunction with the Destination Specialists, provide copy and images for weekly e-newsletters.
oAssist Destination Specialists to ensure website and reservation system are kept updated with fresh itineraries and product with accurate pricing.
oAssist Destination Specialists with product and destination research / image research / image bank management for client documentation, PR and website purposes.
oAssisting with hotel contract renewal as delegated from time to time.

PREFERRED SKILLS
oExcellent writing skills and understanding of grammar.
oExcellent organisation skills.
oGood creative eye for photography.
oDemonstrable interest in travel and experience of travel to a variety of destinations.
oGood numeracy skills.
oAbility to communicate highly effectively from both a written and oral standpoint.
oProactive, creative character with high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
oUnderstanding of social media is an advantage, though not essential.
oLuxury brand experience is an advantage, though not essential.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Ideally you will come from Luxury Travel background, be outgoing and want to develop and progress. You will need to be hard working, with a good attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need to be able to work under pressure and manage a number of tasks at once.
