Do you have bags of enthusiasm and an exceptional approach to customer service? Are you a travel professional with the experience of working within a travel agents or tour operator and are currently looking for a new exciting and very varied role? The perfect opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated person to work for a niche, high end tour operator based in their Wilmslow office. This fantastic role provides a great opportunity to assist customers from their initial holiday enquiry, to helping to make sure they enjoy a first class holiday by looking after everything down to the finer details from start to finish.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be based in the head office in Wilmslow where you will assist with all aspects of the handling of luxury holiday pre-booking enquiries as well as post booking advice, preparing weekly client travel plans and assisting with marketing and developing the company's social media presence. During the summer season (May-October) you will ideally be more flexible with work patterns. When travelling to destinations in the Mediterranean you may be required to travel and work at weekends on a small number of occasions. If you are available to travel/work slightly more frequently overseas during the summer this would be advantageous. Whilst at destination you will assist with all aspects of customer service from greeting customers on arrival and handling administration to providing orientation information and advice to customers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will be hard working, enthusiastic, flexible and a good team player. It is important that you have effective communication skills are friendly and approachable and have a 'can do' attitude. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills both verbal and written. Travel industry background is not essential although someone who is well travelled would be advantageous. Good IT skills, ideally a good working knowledge of Excel a great telephone manner and the desire to go the extra mile for your customers is crucial.

THE PACKAGE:
This great new will include a very competitive basic salary plus team bonus, fully expensed travel to Greece and Croatia full training and support. Due to the applicants should be at least 18 years old and hold an EU passport.
