Customer services consultant
Customer services agent - Required for this niche cruise company based in central London. They are ideally looking for a German,Dutch, Italian or Spanish and English to look after all pre/post customer service complaints/issues.They will pay between 25/28k + benefits for the successful candidate.
Customer services agents duties
-Responding to pre/post voyage complaints from direct consumers and travel agencies.
-Updating CRM system With all correspondence, information and compensation provided to guests or travel agencies.
-Coordinating with Global HR manager to ensure up to date on all relevant activities which will result in customer complaints such as ship schedule changes
-Update the report of schedule changes and control of passenger-lists from the ships and process refunds and expenses
-Participating in Crisis management team for handling of passengers and next-of-kin in the event of a major crisi
-Work closely with Central Sales Center, our ships, Maritime Operation, Hotel Operation, HR and Crew-center, IT, local sales-offices and agents
-Initiate measures based on customer claims and feedback, to improve and prevent similar future claims from occurring
-Ensure compliance with Industry standards and Rules across markets
Customer services agents skills required
-Strong customer service skills in the travel industry, both verbal and letter writing experience
-Ideally fluent in one of the following German,Dutch, Italian, Spanish and English
-Good IT knowledge
