Customer Service Executive required for one of the UK's fastest growing Travel companies based in Cheshire. This is an exceptional opportunity for tenacious & proactive individual to join the forward thinking Groups Department of an ambitious and progressive travel management company.

Groups Customer Service Executive:
Working as a customer service executive you will sell and service group bookings booked through travel organisations either via the telephone, email or internet and manage the bookings effectively. The office is open between the hours of 08.00 and midnight and will be required to work various shifts.

Duties:
- Servicing and supporting the booking from confirmation stage to finalisation
- Dealing with queries regarding amendments, splits, cancellations, upgrades, ticketing and other operational matters
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and account management
- Answering Groups telephone line to company standards
- Problem solving and crisis handling
- Liaising with Finance Department regarding payments
- Work in a positive and determined manner to achieve personal development plan

EXPERIENE REQUIRED:
To work in this Customer Service Executive role you will need travel industry experience and knowledge of a CRS system whether is Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan. You will need to be self- motivated, able to work on your own initiative and have a positive, proactive attitude.

THE PACKAGE:
You will be offered a basic salary of up to £18,000 plus company bonus. Due to the role working in the North America team this position will involve working shifts Monday- Friday.
