The Job:
An Assistant Coordinator acts as the support of Booking and Sales Coordinators with the booking requests from Travel Agencies and General Public on tailor made and package holidays.

Main Responsibilities:
*Dealing with Tour operators / Agencies and general Public over the phone, personally and by mail, to coordinate all their requirements.
*Entering all bookings into the system and monitoring the progress of those bookings by liaising closely with the Suppliers Controller.
*Preparing all client vouchers and invoices and send them within the stipulated time.
*Ensuring all new offers/ newsletters/ general information is send to the Tour operators / Agencies.
*Be in continuous knowledge of the products the Company is offering.
*Responsibility to deal with customer service issues pre and post departure.
*Meeting on a regular basis with the General manager and Commercial Assistant to ensure current knowledge on the product and to report on any difficulties/problems and progress in general.
The Package:
The starting salary for this Assistant Coordinator role is £ 18,000
The role is initially planned to work across a 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.
