Interim CRM MANAGER
This iconic high end retail and leisure business is looking for an experienced CRM Manager, responsible for the overall strategy and running of the CRM activity. You will be responsible for driving acquisition and delivering key campaigns across the year, creating an engaging calendar of communications, along with implementing segmentation and HNW consumer strategies. Working in a fast paced environment, you need to be highly organised and able to work at both a strategic and hands on level and demonstrate agility to adapt plans to the needs of the business.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing, Retail, Brand and Tourism teams, this role will continue to evolve the highest level of guest experience and consumer engagement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you have strong CRM and digital marketing experience, possess a great ability to multitask and strong leadership skills. The position is a full time Interim 12 month Contract.
