Travel Customer Relations Executive, St Albans, Salary to £27k
We are seeking experienced travel complaint handling professionals to join this established tour operator based in St Albans. They are seeking an dynamic and motivated individual with real customer focus to join the friendly team. The role is focused on knowledgeable, friendly and efficient customer service and with a great salary to £27k on offer.

Travel Customer Relations Executive Responsibilities:
Investigate and respond to clients' post departure complaints (via multi-channel receipt) in line with ABTA response compliance & assist in logging new complaints, when required
Handle customer complaint calls, in a calm and professional manner
Monitor and record all incoming questionnaire feedback and upload appropriate reviews
Assist in identifying patterns / areas for improvement with internal departments, to improve the customer experience, ensure safety compliance and maximise compensation recovery
Preparation of stats and reports for the Customer Service / Legal team
There will be some overlap of duties with the Contact Centre / Operations travel team

Travel Customer Relations Executive Requirements:
Good knowledge and experience in travel custo0mer relations is essential
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Good organisational ability and deadline achievement
knowledge of the existing Package Tour and Travel Regulations & the ABTA Codes of Conduct
Proficiency in in Excel / Word / PowerPoint
Knowledge, familiarity and experience of social media and consumer review websites
