Travel Team Operations Manager

Our luxury travel client is seeking a Travel Team Operations Manager to become the senior member of busy travel department. The role will be responsible for evaluating office operations and systems, company procedures and resources team to maximise efficiency. The manager will lead the team, monitor its progress whilst providing support to overcome any challenges that may arise. The successful candidate will be comfortable holding weekly meetings, setting agenda and delivering on all required aspects and in turn reporting to company directors.

Operations Manager Duties include:

- Manage the daily work output of the travel team

- Appraise and monitor team progress providing full support and guidance throughout

- Monitoring client invoices and ensuring 100% accuracy

- Manage revenue reports

- Electronic filing of documentation

- Preparation of materials for accounts department

- Handling online transactions (Cardsave/Worldpay AmEx)

- Payment tracking via online merchants

- Check hotel payments through likes of TACS/Onyx

- Proof read travel team itineraries to ensure complete accuracy in spelling and grammar

- Ensure itinerary presentation is representative of their style

- Ability to prepare invoices/ T&C's for client renewal

Operations Manager Key Requirements

- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce/Aero) as you will be required to manage and monitor

- Exceptional English skills(Written and verbal)

- Highly organised and exceptional attention to detail

- Computer literate (Word, Excel, outlook etc)

- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations - Strong commercially/financially monitoring profit margins

- Experience within luxury sector and working with HNWI clientele.
