We are looking for a talented abroad team administrator to coordinate customers travel requirements. Our ideal candidate should be able to negotiate additional accommodation and flights to provide customers with their first choice of holiday.  Where this is not possible the advisor will have a problem solving attitude at all times and switch sell.  They will report on sales and collaborate with the sales team to improve sales. 


  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Sell holidays and seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Produce monthly sales figures
  • Pro-active in selling membership & providing customer service calls offering airport transfers to independent travellers
  • Producing, checking and sending reports to suppliers & Leaders in timely manner for overseas holidays
  • Managing any issues/problems arising from distribution of reports
  • Production of Late Reports - weekly and distribution of any changes to those affected as necessary
  • Providing support to colleagues within the Abroad department
  • Leader dispatch & advance Leader payments
  • Responsible for managing requests which could be for extra flights (booked online or using Amadeus), special requirements, extra bedrooms or capacity on holidays. 
  • Frequently attend brochure launches and educational briefings to improve knowledge and performance level


  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Proven work experience as a sales consultant
  • Ability to gather and interpret data
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience in using Amadeus / Galileo
