The Job:
*To manage the day-to day running of the Customer Service department and to oversee the quality to work output
*Lead, motivate and develop Senior Customer Service Executive
*Handle and resolve any Customer Service Issues that requires escalation
*Provide outstanding Customer Service
*Deal with customers over the phone and via email
*Ensure all complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
*Deal with ABTA communication
*Resort training on UK Customer Service and legal awareness
*Attend industry or legal seminars (as appropriate)
Skills Required:
*Good knowledge and experience of the Travel Industry
*Knowledge and experience of social media and external review websites
*Excellent oral and written communications skills , with good organisational ability
*Good proficiency in Excel / Word / Outlook
*High level of problem solving using initiative and the ability to work autonomously
*Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
The Package:
*A basic salary of £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience plus company benefits
