Head of Loyalty, Renowned Travel Brand
In this exciting role you will take ownership of the customer and loyalty roadmap across the business (UK and global key stakeholders) delivering results on recruitment, engagement, activation and repeat customer targets. In addition you would lead the partnerships strategy for the UK.
To succeed in this role you will have understanding of points earning, burning and partnerships. You should possess senior experience of digital, CRM and ATL marketing with a high spend. In addition you will have experience of leading a team preferably in a global / matrix environment.
