As a Customer Support Executive you will deliver a first class service to our customer, providing and processing post sale information in response to customer enquiries, concerns and requests in an efficient and professional manner. You will be expected to maintain a high level of personalised customer service to all our customers, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience with Explore. In doing so, you will ensure all customer queries and administrative tasks assigned to you are responded to in line with team KPI guidelines. Also, you will proactively evaluate and identify opportunities to improve processes in order to better our service and ensure that we are positively impacting the customer’s experience with Explore.
Additionally, you will support and provide superior serviced to other sales channels, such as web, telesales, email and Instant messaging as and when is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Strong Customer Service ethos
- Previous administration experience
- Strong commercial awareness
- Attention to detail
- Extensive independent travel experience desired
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays + One day per year of service up to 25 days
