Senior Manager – Customer Experience and campaign Management
A multinational hotel group is looking to appoint a Head of Customer Experience and Marketing to lead the Media, Merchandising, CRM and Content hub designed to maximise visibility and drive revenue. You will be responsible for translating brand marketing strategies into multi-channels. This is a “make things happen” role. The successful candidate will have a strong technical ability to deliver along with strong planning skills in order to drive projects through. You will need an understanding of DMP’s.
