Head of Operations - tour operator. Proven Ops leader with great commercial acumen, able to demonstrate extensive experience of managing and motivating a diverse team and be capable of leading change. Graduate level or equivalent, own transport necessary. Must have UK Outbound & Inbound experience. Detailed knowledge of airlines and, in addition to fluency in written and spoken English, a European language (French/German/Spanish/Italian) would be beneficial.
