Experienced Ticketing Consultant with GDS skills, ideally Amadeus required for leading Luxury Tour Operator in Cheshire. JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Utilise the in-house fares systems and check paper contracts in order to process bookings according to the rules of the fares and utilise Published IATA Fares, CAT35 and Consolidated Net Contracts effectively
*To advise agents of rules / restrictions that apply to booking & to provide support in respect of scheduled flight only reservations
*Reissue tickets where needed adhering to company and airline regulations
*Issue tickets for Published, CAT35 and Net Remit 1 & 2 Fares, reissues and automated MCO's and manual fares.
*Contact airlines with regards to fare queries, setting up PTA's, TOD's and lost ticket enquires.
*Investigating and resolving customer issues and seeing them through to completion in line with company procedures.
*Process schedule changes in Amadeus
*maintain the IATA GDS queues and ensure that all are up to date and that the sales teams are duly kept informed
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are ideally seeking an experienced Amadeus Ticketer for an immediate start, but if you have ticketing experience on GDS please submit your CV for consideration!
