Excellent opportunity to join a leading Tour Operator in their office on the outskirts of Birmingham, working as a Aftersales manager. If you have previous Tour Operations experience ideally for an online company, along with excellent customer service and administration skills and management skills, this a great company, in a great location, paying a salary in the region of £20kpa - £25k pro rata and with great hours!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Booking checks
*Supplier invoice collation and filing
*Ticketing
*Customer Services
*Schedule changes
*Concierge Service including upselling of extras prior to travel
*Management of referral scheme

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous Travel Industry experience, ideally within Tour Operations and within an operations, administration, or customer service department including management
- Strong worldwide geographical knowledge
- Working knowledge of travel systems is an advantage, but not essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability work under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skills.

THE PACKAGE:
hours Monday - Thursday 9.30-5.30 - Fridays 9-5
The successful candidate can expect a salary in the region of £20k pa - £25k dependent on experience, along with additional benefits.
