This global business are looking for Mandarin speakers to join their operations call centre to work on a variety of shifts speaking to customers about enquiries on one of their products.
Mandarin Speaking Customer Services Advisor Features:
- You will be working for a fabulus employer who really looks after their team
- You wil be answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers answering queries about one of their travel related products
- You will be working to targets and converting these enquiries into bookings
Mandarin Speaking Customer Services Advisor Skills Required:
- It is essential that you are fluent in Mandarin and English
- You must have weorked in a call centre servicing environment previously
- You must be able to work in a 24/7 shift base across 7 days
