Sales Support Executive - HAMPSHIRE £17-19k

This luxury Tour Operator specialises in Wildlife,and Naturalist tailor made holidays, and they are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their team

Sales Support Executive - MAIN DUTIES

  • Transfer all electronically received enquiries onto a client database
  • Log all electronically received enquiries into management reports
  • Respond to certain enquiries with basic product information when required
  • Receive and acknowledge all brochure requests, and co-ordinate their mailing
  • Receive and update database with all client requests to be removed from mailing lists
  • Transfer client data captured in booking forms onto a client database
  • Ensure client data records are accurate and up to date
  • Prepare confirmation and pre-tour documentation for holiday bookings
  • Ensure pre-prepared client documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Send all due and pending final balance requests
  • Represent the company by attending company events and industry travel shows, as required


  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • An interest in travel, adventure and all things wildlife
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Access
  • Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Well organised, with experience working effectively within a small team
  • Experience of travelling abroad, particularly to well known wildlife and birdwatching destinations
  • Experience of working within an administrative / operational environment
  • Experience of working within the travel industry is desirable but not essential
  • First-hand knowledge of some of our key destinations around the world
