SECTION MANAGER
CORPORATE TRAVEL, LONDON

A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Section Manager to join a leading, Global Travel Management Company, based in London. Our client works with a range of high profile corporate businesses worldwide and are looking to add a stand out Travel Management professional to their already successful team.

In this challenging and varied role, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a quality service to clients and supervising a team of consultants.

Your key responsibilities will include:
*Processing a range of reservations and enquiries, conveying information with clarity, conviction and credibility
*Support supplier relations using your exceptional communication skills
*Staff management; ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to, 1 to 1's, monitoring performance, training, recruitment and line management support
*Conduct and contribute to departmental meetings, understanding the strategic direction of the business
*Utilising your well-rounded knowledge of products and services to identify sales opportunities

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in team management within a Corporate Travel environment and will have exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be proficient in the use of MS office and Galileo and have an Airfares and Ticketing level 1&2 qualification. You will possess good problem-solving skills and have superb attention to detail with the ability to lead your team by example.
