This is an excellent opportunity for a forward thinking, customer service driven individual to join a fantastic travel company as a Customer Service Executive. For this role you will have worked within travel and have dealt with customers enquiries, queries or complaints pre-during, post travel. You will be a natural problem solver with a good ability to investigate and resolve issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Previous travel industry experience
*Excellent knowledge of booking T&C's
*Able to use your own initiative
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
