This is a terrific opportunity for a Human Resource or Administration professional to join the busy and vibrant HR team of a leading Travel Management Company, based at their London head office.

This is an exciting and varied administrative role where you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the working lives of your colleagues, ensuring an efficient, compassionate and approachable service is provided. You'll often be the first point of contact for all general HR related enquiries, so exemplary communication skills are crucial in order to adopt an 'open door policy' at all times. You'll be involved in staff recruitment, arranging interviews and reference checks, managing the 'on boarding' process for all new recruits and maintaining accurate records. You'll be responsible for dissemination of company pension information and company policy documents for employees to read and sign and will monitor probation periods, advising team managers of time frames and processes. Additionally, you'll be responsible for diary management and will support the wider HR team with the development and implementation of projects as required.

To be considered for this fantastic HR Assistant role, you'll have prior experience of working within a HR/staff resourcing environment or administration role within a corporate environment. You'll be a friendly, approachable and articulate communicator with good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, manging multiple tasks. Discretion and confidentially is a crucial attribute in this role as you will be dealing with a variety of sensitive employment matters.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive a generous salary and good range of company benefits, as well as encouragement to grow and develop in your HR career.
