This successful and well-known luxury travel company is seeking a proven Asia tailor made travel expert to join their busy and growing team. If you have a passion for luxury travel to Asia please get in touch.

Job Responsibilities:
*Responsible for managing enquiries including those generated by the website, telephone, repeats, referrals and ensuring they are all followed up in a timely manner
*Ensuring that all clients are offered bespoke and exciting tailor made itineraries, reflecting their interests, selecting the most appropriate flights, accommodation and excursions. Ensure every effort is made to close the enquiry into a confirmed booking. Communicate verbally, in writing and face to face with clients to build rapport and build/maintain a close relationship, keeping them informed of any changes or operational issues.
*Maximise revenue and margin for every sale, taking opportunities to upsell and switch sell as appropriate
*Hit agreed booking and margin targets
*Ensure that confirmation documents are complete and ready to send to the client within 7 day of payment being taken from the client and that travel documents are prepared and ready to send 14 days prior to departure.
*Work with Operations & Accounts to ensure that payment and ticketing deadlines are adhered too.
*Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all stages of the process to promote repeat and recommend business, ensure every client receives a trip which exceeds their expectations. Manage customer service levels in the run up to your client departing including offering additional services such a parking and the pre booking of spa treatments and dinner reservations and once your client has returned.
*Take full ownership and pride for the quality and accuracy of each trip, acting as a single point of contact until the client returns, being accountable for all administration relating to their trip.
*Be prepared to cover other areas should the area expert be out of the office and always offer high levels of service to colleague's clients as well as your own.
*Deal professionally with minor customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the client's satisfaction, escalating where necessary to Head of Sales.
*Comply with all company procedures and processes
*Participate fully in training sessions, attending industry events and exhibitions when requested, these may be out of working hours, evenings or weekends. *Attendance product and marketing events as required

Person Specification
*Previous travel industry experience, preferably with a similar luxury tailor made tour operator
*Previous luxury tailor-made Asia experience
*Good level of education
*Experience of a busy office environment with strong administration skills
*Cheerful, confident, and committed, with a desire to work to high standards
*Passionate and motivated individual, with a drive to exceed sales targets
*In depth knowledge of countries of expertise
*Strong customer service skills with an eye for detail
