Travel administrator - Required for this niche travel company based ion Oxford. They are ideally looking for a travel industry professional with a travel consultant or admin background to join the team, but they will consider a administrator from another industry with a passion for travel. They will pay around £17,000 + benefits for the successful candidate.

Travel administrators duties
*Brochure requests
*Flight confirmations
*Post
*Banking
*Payment reminders
*Pre documents creation & distribution
*Final itinerary creation & distribution
*Invoicing & confirmations
*Documentation checks - Apis / Insurance & flight transfer information
*Agent statements
*Credit control for key accounts

Travel administrators skills required
.
Ideally travel industry experience in a admin. or sales role
*Word / Excel / Outlook
*Data entry
*Highly organised and able to multi task
*Methodical approach to daily tasks
*A high level of attention to detail
*Able to work under pressure to deadlines
*IT literate and good keyboard skills
*Strong customer service and communication at all levels
