My client is a luxury travel company specialising in high end villa holidays.
They are now seeking a Pre-Departure Travel Advisor to join their team which is responsible for all bookings once the sales has been processed.
Tasks include payments from clients, collect passport and driving licence information, book airline seats, meals and special requests, issue travel documents and assist with any other client requests.
The role requires candidates with good customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail.
Pre-Departure Travel Advisor Responsibilities:
To provide an exceptional post-booking service to our clients ensuring that all their requirements are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and within the pre-determined timeframes.
To take payments from clients, collect passport and driving licence information, book airline seats, meals and special requests, issue travel documents and assist with any other client requests.
To liaise with suppliers and resort teams to ensure they are fully prepared for the client’s arrival.
Pre Departure Travel Advisor Experience Required
Track record in a service orientated environment
Strong organisational skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
Highly flexible with an ability to focus on providing the client with the best possible service
Clear verbal and written communicator with a high standard of English grammar and spelling
Passport and ability to travel abroad when the business requires
Pre Departure Travel Advisor Salary and Benefits
Competitive base salary of £20,000
