Are you an experienced PA and looking for a change? A unique opportunity has arisen to work a within the exciting Travel Industry, which offers fantastic perks!

THE ROLE
*Provide an administrative support to the managing director
*Agenda management, Calls, Emails and Requests monitoring, expenses and travels administration
*Minute taking and reviewing
*Producing PowerPoint presentations and Excel graphs
*Meetings and Seminars preparation and organization
*Drafting speeches, articles, presentations and briefings
*Office management
*Ensuring the office wellbeing in collaboration with corporate services staff, events organization
*Projects coordination
*Lead the coordination of different projects in office or business unit scale

REQUIRMENTS
*Minimum 3 years PA experience
*Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Basic formulas essential)
*Good level of written and spoken English
*The capability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
*Strong experience minute taking
