An exciting opportunity for a 'Polar and Expedition Cruise mad' individual to join a fantastic growing Travel Company in London!

I am looking for an enthusiastic Polar and Expedition Cruise sales individual with a minimum of three years' experience working for a relevant tour operator or travel agency. It is essential that you have a proven Expedition Cruise sales track record.

The right person will be keen to develop their career in a high growth, dynamic and fast paced business environment. The role offers the opportunity to take on the responsibility to source the right product, set up commercial deals, curate the Activity Cruises offering and then SELL the product with confidence and ease! (& in return enjoy some significant rewards)

*Personally maximise the sales opportunities from all 'Cruise/Polar' telephone, email and live chat enquiries.
*Exceed 'Cruise/Polar' sales targets and drive positive performance.
*Manage the Polar and Expedition Cruise product range.
*Negotiate and track the commercial performance with a range of cruise product partners.
*Build strong and preferential relationships with our suppliers.
*Develop expertise, knowledge and sales capabilities of other activity product lines.
*Ensure that all leads are followed up and achieve the highest possible conversion rates.
*Deliver unparalleled service, expert advice and a 'best in class' customer experience.
*100% accurate processing of bookings on to the reservation system.
*Timely administration of cancellations and amendments to bookings.
*Assist with product and price loading.
*Demonstrate the highest possible level of 'Cruise/Polar' product and competitor knowledge.

*Proven sales track record.
*Minimum 3 years sales experience within the Polar and Expedition Cruise industry.
*Polar and Expedition Cruise destination knowledge.
*The ability to deliver the very highest levels of customer experience.
*Clear and highly professional telephone manner.
*Great attention to detail.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*A passion for small ship expedition cruising.
*You are a team player, but also willing to drive and see through new ideas.
*You have a strong desire to be a key part of the development of our business.
