Ambassador Holidays is an established independent travel company. You will be working within a fast-paced environment based in our call centre near Malaga, Spain, arranging a wide selection of holidays for our discerning UK members; from luxury cruises, multi-destination tailor-made holidays, flights, car hire and many other travel products.
- Tailor-make travel itineraries offering travel options based on customer requests
- Dealing with a wide variety of cruises and cruise packages
- Ensure targets are met and exceeded
- Complete all relevant booking administration
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure enquires are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in the travel industry
- Travel knowledge of long & short haul destinations and products
- Proven track record of working to and exceeding targets
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Confident approach and excellent professional work ethic
- Native spoken and written English
- Experience working on Dolphin Dynamics is an advantage but not essential
