Learning and Development Business Partner, London, Salary to £35k
We are now recruiting for a Learning and Development Business Partner for this large travel agency group. In this role you will work as part of a team to support the design and delivery of creative, innovative and agile People Development Strategies. You will deliver best in class talent development and more generic development solutions across multi site location to ensure both the short and long term success of individuals and groups of individuals alike. This role will positively contribute to the identification and management of a talent development pipeline in line with the organisational growth strategy.

Learning and Development Business Partner Requirements:
Conduct regular needs analysis with all business units to benchmark current capability and identify the future development needs
Build strong and positive relationships to ensure that a strong sense of trust prevails and therefore engagement with all development activity.
Be a source of ad hoc support to all business areas via coaching/mentoring or otherwise.
Make recommendations for prioritisation based on the most urgent development need.
Pro-actively manage a Learning Management System to ensure the most up to date knowledge resources are available
Design and deliver a blend of engaging classroom/self -study/ e-learning activities to support the identified learning need
Tailor all development solutions as required whilst taking advantage of all internal and external support resources.
Implement clear feedback and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of learning
Support the implementation of a blended on-boarding programme
Support the implementation and delivery of apprenticeship programmes at all levels

Learning and Development Business Partner Requirements:
Extensive experience of using e-learning design software
Capable and confident learning provider across multi-sites
Experience in delivering successful outcomes from a sometimes ambiguous brief
Experience with coaching and mentoring in a high performance environment
Able to look across the business and make sound recommendations for prioritisation
Strong relationship builder
Able to work with competency frameworks and relevant talent development frameworks
Ability to engage and drive positive results through people
People oriented and positive in outlook
Strong team work ethic
Uncompromising attention to detail
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Open to change
Strong Time Management skills
