This well establish Cruise travel company have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and lead the sales team. Paying £30K raising to £35K, based in Wiltshire.

Sales Manager, Responsibilities:

- Develop sales strategies and setting targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures - daily, weekly and monthly
- Constantly evaluate success of Sales team through call listening and feedback on progress
- Monitoring individual's and team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Be able to demonstrate open, sell and close in line with company expectations and sales structure training
- Proven track record in delivering results with the ability to deliver solutions

Sales Manager, Skills Required:
- Previous Sales Management experience
- Preferably within the travel industry
- You need to be dynamic, highly driven and focused person who loves sales and can demonstrate and motivate a team to achieve daily KPI's
- Must be adept in use of MS Office, Excel and Word

Additional Information:
- Paying £30K increasing to £35K after probation
- Based in Wiltshire
- Hours work on a rota basis 09.00 - 17.00 / 11.00 - 19.00 / 13.00 - 21.00 and weekends 2-3 per month
